1. What type of Cream Cheese AND Sour Cream do I use?
I only use Philadelphia Cream Cheese -- as for the Sour Cream I buy Friendship.
2. Do you offer Sugar Free or Reduced Fat Cheesecakes?
At this time, we don't offer Sugar Free or Reduced Fat. Once I do I will update the site.
3. Do you ship to other States?
There are no plans to ship to other states, I'm sorry but it's just not feasible at this time. Thank you for your interest.
4. Can you freeze the Cheesecake?
Yes, the richer the cheesecake, the better it freezes. Freeze uncovered for 6 hours. Remove from the freezer and wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil or place in a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw, uncovered, in the refrigerator overnight.
How to Cut a Cheesecake

Use a Sharp Thin knife; hold the knife under running hot water. Clean knife off.

Slice cheesecake completely in half first (this will make pulling the slices out much easier)

Wipe the blade of the knife off after each slice. (Starting each cut with a clean blade will result in a much nicer looking slice of cheesecake)

Heat the blade again and repeat.

Only slice as many pieces as you will use at one time. The rest of the cake will keep much better if not sliced.
